Yes—AI suggests titles, skills, responsibilities and tech-stack tags, then checks wording for inclusivity and clarity. You stay in control of final edits.

How do I validate a candidate’s skills?

Use Messages: chat directly with the referrer to verify experience, soft skills or cultural fit. All conversations stay linked to the candidate card for easy traceability.

Is my company profile public?

Only the details you choose (logo, description, open roles) are visible to candidates; billing data stays private.
